Like many, he started by “holding the flashlight,” eventually earning the chance to pick up the ratchet himself. What began as curiosity quickly grew into hands-on skill and a deep understanding of automotive care.

After college, Thomas carried that foundation into the automotive industry, gaining real-world experience and insight. Over time, he recognized a consistent gap: customers needed maintenance options that worked around their schedules—without sacrificing professionalism or quality.

Alex is truly one of a kind—a modern-day "Jill" of all trades. She’s a black belt in Aikido, teaches others how to throw axes, keeps her own bees, and even built her tiny house from the ground up—solo.

She’s endlessly resourceful, fiercely capable, and never backs down from a challenge. If Alex can’t figure it out, it might just be impossible.

Jacob Moreno

Jacob may not be the one turning the wrenches, but he’s the wizard behind the curtain making everything run. His mind works on fast-forward—picking up technical skills at a pace that hardly seems human—and he somehow still finds room to out-eat anyone when fried yucca is on the table.
